Author Guidelines

To submit your manuscript to Information Research Communications (IRC), please use our web-based online submission and peer review system at https://submit.inforescom.org. Please ensure you have an account in the system before creating a new one, especially if you have reviewed or authored for the journal in the past year.

When submitting your manuscript, provide a title, short title, abstract, and keywords to aid online discoverability. Contact details for the corresponding author and academic affiliations for all co-authors should be provided separately to facilitate double-blind peer review.

Ensure you have obtained the necessary permissions for reproducing any previously published material. Upon acceptance for publication, you’ll be asked to complete the contributor’s publishing agreement if not submitted.

Authors will receive proofs via email for review and verification of author information, funding statements, and conflicts of interest. Throughout the production process, the IRC Production Team will keep you updated on your article’s progress.

Preparing your manuscript

Formatting and Style: Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format, strictly following the specified format guidelines: Times New Roman font, 12-point size, single-spaced, and organized with a clear hierarchical structure (including headings and subheadings). Tables, figures, and references should adhere to standard academic conventions.

Please note that no further corrections will be entertained post-approval of the galley proof copy, and any addition, deletion, or change in author sequence or corresponding author post-acceptance and creation of galley proof is discouraged.
